We want to get to know you and your goals. We start all new members with a Free Personal Fitness Assessment. During the PFA you will talk with a coach so we can better understand your goals and possibly some set backs you have had in the past. You will have conversations about your nutrition and your fitness back ground. You will get a baseline body composition and movement analysis as well as go through a CrossFit work out. You will also get a free 30 day workout program. This session takes about an hour and will get you and your coach ready to help you reach those goals.
