CROSSFIT

Small group classes lead by a highly skilled coach that will keep you safe while having a good time with a supportive community at your back. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

What you eat has a far greater effect on your overall health and body composition than exercise alone. In other words, you can’t out exercise a bad diet.

RIO RANCHO BARBELL CLUB

Our USAW program will focus on the sport of weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk). The snatch and clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to training and are indispensable to CrossFit programming and developing a well-rounded athlete. The program can either be added on to a unlimited membership or as a stand alone program.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Coached by experts in the field and integrating various training methodologies into CrossFit programming to maximize overall athletic performance. Add-on to any existing plan or as a stand alone plan.

AEROBIC MONSTERS

The Aerobic Capacity Program is appropriate for all CrossFit populations ranging from the day-to-day CrossFitter to the competitive CrossFit athlete looking to create a more robust and efficient aerobic system. Coached by experts in the field and integrating various training methodologies into CrossFit programming to maximize overall athletic performance. You will learn a better understanding of how to develop your own cardiovascular "engine". Classes meet once a week on Sunday at 12:30 and last an hour and a half. This program is included in unlimited memberships.

CrossFit Kids & Teens

Our Fire Hawks program is the perfect mix of fun, sport and strength that will help your child reach their dreams. This program is for all types of kids and teens form the super competitive to the ones that just need to burn off some extra energy to not drive their parents crazy. Run by professionals in the medical field, they focus exclusively for kids and teens and with their own separate space and equipment your child can work out at the same time you do in a safe motivating environment with their peers. The program is designed to help your child reach their true potential while being a kid and having fun!

Kid Care

Childcare is included for free with our Annual and Month to Month unlimited memberships. If not unlimited, drop-in fees will be $5 per child per visit.
